In an effort to reduce engine noise, i'm thinking about replacing the EGR cooler. Does anyone know of a block-off plate that goes on the front exhaust housing (that housing under the servo)? All i want to replace is the cooler body and the front exhaust housing. Or am i going have to replace the servo??? Hope i've explained this correct.

 

just do the deletes. your already runnin a Smarty JR.. get rid of all of it. won't make anything quieter though

 

I actually thought my exhaust was marginally louder after I deleted the complete cooler,

 

Very Marginal, if any.

If you leave the stock muffler in place its practically mute.
