im assuming that H&S made some of these paramaters adjustable to keep up with some of what can be done with EFI live, all im planning on doing is installing it and seeing what the pressures and settings really are before i screw it up too bad..... anybody out there running this tune already or have any reccomendations for settings?

There is a very extensive thread on CF about this if you don't get what you're looking for here... Not saying you won't cause I believe lots here will know this as well. But there already 8+ pages on it over there.

I've not bought one yet, so I don't know much about it yet..
