question with picture on delete setup

I need a few answers that I did not find in the Blakes delete post. I posted there but no answers and I'm stuck at home till I have an answer or two.
I deleted the nox and pdf, installed pipe, installed " smarty Jr me" .
I'm just not sure if I have the settings right.
I followed the Mads instructions, set it to stock.
Whats the difference between Stock and Economy setting ?
Oxygen sensors are the ones just after the Catalytic converter Yes ?

Isn't one of these pictured a temp sensor ? My edge insight gives me cat temps and this is the only place it can be picked up from. No other sensors are in the exhaust system from the cat forward.

I'm looking for fuel mileage not power, I'll change setting when I pull my 5er.
What settings have you guys found best for fuel mileage ?

Stock and X-Stock are two different things correct ?

Thanks for you input.

loss temp reading

Ok all is done with the deletes but I lost my Cat temp going to my Edge Insight Monitor. So does the temp probe that I show in the picture have to be unplugged for the smarty to work correctly and the truck run ok ?

I'm using that as a temp gauge, I don't have a EGT gauge installed, worried about drilling hole in the manifold. I'll get over it.

All the sensors should be unplugged for the Smarty to function correctly.

If I understand the Edge Insight correctly, you will loose the CAT temp. I would just take my time and tap the manifold for a proper EGT reading.

x2. Install your EGT in the manifold collector and you'll be golden!
