Well not sure what type of delete your wanting to do, be it full delete or cali style delete. (Hope you have read Blakes thread on deletes) If its full delete then you will need a EGR/Cooler delete kit and the tuner of your choice between Smarty or H&S or EFI Live. The exhaust of your choice (recommend turbo back) and if you want the stacks then thats cool to. You can start your shopping here in the DTR store I would recommend there first and to compare prices Try RollingSmokeDiesel.com. H&S offers trans tuning along with their turners which some here love. Either way if you go mild or wild depending on your right foot your tranny will need some attention sooner or later. Hope this helps.
Best to you

If no testing then full deletes for sure. Smarty or H&S will work great on your truck. Smarty will give you a bit more leeway in adjustability. H&S a few more options, such as TPMS disable and such.
Smarty wont have any monitoring, gauges are a good idea to keep an eye on things. H&S has the display units that will provide digital gauges for you, but I prefer analog gauges so Im only running the XRT Pro on the '11 with Isspro gauges.
Stacks are cool, I much preferred the sound than the looks, but trust me, they get old quick. Not to mention they throw stack juice all over everything when it rains. Not to mention in my part of the country everybody and their brother with even F150s and S-10s started running them. Went from cool to redneck way to quick.
And trust me, Im redneck....
Like tracker said, mind the right foot, especially when getting close to 100hp tunes. The tranny is gonna puke on you if you get too rough.
