Help with Smarty!
Hi guys. I deleted my truck today, did not go so well, unhooked all connections put in delete pipe loaded Smarty with J23 M.E.ran great for a couple of miles. Than Boost Gage started jumping form 0 to 40 than truck lost almost all power.Reloaded Smarty with J23 M.E. again than loaded into truck again but no change. Reloaded Smarty with stock programing and undeleted everything in 1 day.Now truck has power but feels like motor is cutting out over half throttle have these codes P007D and P0108 also had these codes and a P0108 when truck lost power.Boost Gage now reads 0.This is my 1 post, thank you to everyone on this site.

I am thinking you unplugged the temp sensor on the intake horn and not the Throttle valve. plug it back in and unplug the throttle valve and should be fine. All of the codes are related. Its a common mistake because the TV plug is on the lower back side of the intake horn and a PIA to get to sometimes.

p0108-Theory of Operation
The Charge Air Cooler Temperature Sensor (CAC) and the Boost Pressure Sensor are combined in one sensor and are located near the EGR Airflow Throttle Control Valve. The Boost Pressure Sensor is used to measure pressure in the intake manifold. The Engine Control Module (ECM) provides a 5-volt supply and sensor ground for the Boost Pressure Sensor. The Boost Pressure Sensor provides a signal back to the ECM on the Boost Pressure Sensor Signal circuit. The ECM will detect a low signal voltage at operating conditions such as during an idle or a deceleration. The ECM will detect a high signal voltage during high engine load operating conditions. At key on, the readings for the Boost Pressure Sensor, Exhaust Gas Pressure Sensor, and Barometric Pressure Sensor are compared. This fault code occurs if the boost pressure reading is different from the others. During normal engine operation, the ECM estimates the Boost Pressure Sensor value using other fuel system related inputs. The ECM compares the actual Boost Pressure Sensor reading to this estimated value. If the two values are out of range for a calibrated period of time, an error is recorded. The key-on portion of the rationality will light the MIL immediately after the diagnostic runs and fails. The rationality portion will light the MIL immediately and the ETC lamp will also be illuminated. The ECM turns off the MIL when the diagnostic runs and passes in 4 consecutive drive cycles.
When Monitored:
With the ignition on and battery voltage greater than 10.4 volts.
Set Condition:
The (K37) Boost Pressure Sensor Signal circuit drops below 0.25 volts for 5 seconds.

thank you cbrahs, the temp sensor was unpluged. pluged in took truck for a ride . truck runs like normal now. did 4 key starts and still have MIL. also insight now has a new code p244a and EVIC says see dealer now, service required. Truck is back to stock w/ dpf back on and everything plugged back in. do the codes have to be cleared out before reloading smarty.

I would really like to thank cbrahs for his knowledge. cleared service required on EVIC then cleared codes with insight. all codes are now cleared. now it is time to delete again. FYI it is easiest to unplug throttle valve from under the truck i noticed this when changing oil. only takes one minute. i did have the throttle valve unplugged but for some reason the temp sensor was unplugged also.

Just so you know, some trucks want the Throttle Valve unplugged and some don't. Its about a 50/50 mix on the ones I have done. Run it for a bit with it unplugged then if you get a light (code P242D or P0113) you will need to plug it back in.
NOW GET TO WORK AND DELETE THAT TRUCK!!! LOL
