The kit I bought from Extreme Outback included everything for the install except an air cleaner, which I sourced from the local farm supply shop which was from the Puma line of shop compressors. They include a 110 psi pressure switch, check valve, new idler and serpentine belt, and all the hardware to get it mounted and ready to use.
Other than that, you'll need a longer leader hose as the one they provide isn't anywhere near long enough. For that, I used Goodyear high heat/oil rated shop hose that I also sourced from the farm supply shop. I still used their leader hose but added a barbed fitting and two of the worm gear hose clamps to attach the additional line.
You'll need to provide a tank, air pressure gauge, and anything else to finish hooking up the tank to your air powered accessories.

King,
You mean Viair? Yeah, they have great compressors but I wanted the faster fill times without straining the batteries and alternator. I had thought about Oasis, but adding a third battery and upgraded alternator along with the cost of their compressor ($1300 just for the compressor!!!) was alot more than this kit was, and it won't have the 180 amps max draw that the Oasis requires.
From 0 to 100 psi I'm running around 12 - 14 CFM, and then from 100 to 150 psi it drops to around 8 CFM with a max of 200 psi. I'm running a 175 psi pressure switch on a 5 gallon tank and it fills from empty in under a minute.

I had a rotary screw on my service truck that was engine mounted and belt driven. It was awesome!!! No tanks to fool with. Always had good volume.
I did a quick search and I cant find the company that makes them. I drove a 6.0 and a 6.4 with it, so obviously the packaging is pretty small.
