difference between smarty jr & s67
Once I've got some money put away I'll be getting a smarty and doing full deletes. Whats the difference between the 2 models? I very rarely tow, and it's not heavy @ all. My driving is all highway from western co to westren n dakota. On my week off @ home I drive around town. Not looking for ridiculous power, just economy, driveability, and to save my motor from the epa inflicted death sentence.
Which smarty would work best for me?

The S67 has some more features and some finer adjustments between settings. I'm sure there are other things, but I certainly would have just got the Jr. myself if it was available at the time. The S67 was the first to come out and I had to have it to fix the emmisions crap and jumped on it. I was happy to pay the premium at the time even though I don't use all the features... You'd probably be just fine with the Jr! Get yourself some gauges with the $ savings over the Sr. I have an edge insight for that and very pleased with it for my needs.

Outstanding!!! I'm planning on a boost & pyrometer gauge. Had a westach combo gauge in the old Dodge. It was expensive, but I liked it. I think I'm going to get another one. PLus, westach is American made, always a huge selling point. I don't need a fuel psi gauge though, right?
And Mega, thanks for all your help the last couple weeks with all your advice. I really appreciate it!!

I run EGT, Boost, and FP in the new truck.
On my 08 (auto) I was running EGT, Boost, Pyro, Tranny Temp, and Rail Pressure.
Autometer has some really nice factory matched gauges. Check em out here and here

Kerry that is exactly how I had my 08 when I ditched the stacks. 4" Downpipe and delete pipe into factory muffler and tailpipe. Nice and quiet.

quiet is key. i have to drive 940 miles from western co to dumb williston n dakota. loved the old dodge, miss her too death, but i dont miss the noise!!!
think i should do an air intake? or pop a hole in the bottom and run a piece of tubing down in front of the pass side steer?

You should be able to undo the clamp where the intake tube meets the top of the airbox and just pull the baffle out. No cutting needed.
The CCV can be plugged off. Its a filter that sits under the valve cover cover and vents to the intake tube just before the turbo. Plug the hole in the air intake and run up to autozone or oreilly and get a lil breather filter and clamp it on the 3/4 tube that sticks out of the passenger side of the valve cover.
