I have been using either the mopar filter, or the fleetgaurd filter. Back when I originally switched my '95 over from mineral based oil to Amsoil, they recommended I add this engine flush first. Warm the truck up, add a bottle of the flush, idle for 10 to 15 minutes, then drain, change filter, and refill engine oil.
