clutch slips w/smarty on #1
#16
I had the exact same problem with my 08, it had 40,00km when I put the smarty on it and the clutch started slipping right away. I went with a dual disk southbend clutch and ended up having a lot of issues with it. (you can read back in my posts). Ended up final settling with a single disk southbend after $1000s of dollars and warrenty issues. Not knocking SB but I would look around, do your homework....maybe mine were built on a monday.
I sold hundreds of those clutches without any issues, even sold a BUNCH of them to replace the copycat Vendor who uses inferior parts in his copies with happy customers all.........
I am just glad you are finally doing well with the place you ended up and I hate your experience went the way it did.

Seriously though, the standard 3250 is really manageable and makes for nice daily driving that puts the TQ to the rears when you need it. With the upgraded hydraulics, I can drive mine, and Dads bone stock truck back to back and not tell a bit of difference in pedal pressure.
Report back in guys how the new dual friction handles the day to day.
