I would like to get a TAG, however the $150.00 they are asking could be put toward something else.....

To put the silencer back in? The ring itself just slides right in, then you just gotta get one end of the ring in and it'll pretty much just fall right in. And yes, you will know it's in cause the ring has a groove that it sets down into.

Is that TAG really worth it? Or is it just another one of those things that helps but doens't really help that much.

I used a two part epoxy. Something I had laying around.

No the hole isn't covered.

We offer a 30 day satisfaction money back on the TAGs. If you don't like what the TAG does for your truck, you can return it for a refund. We get very few back, so most seem to feel it is worth it. We are also working on a proto-type TAG for the 3rd generation trucks which is so far proving results much like the TAG-II currently available for the 2nd Gen. trucks.
