Xzillerator 2 ?
Just received my std x2 from qzilla - I ***-u-me it is preprogrammed with "factory programs" - i plug the unit up to old harness and pod has no lights no camera no action. Its doa. Or do i have to load it first? Yes I have checked the connections...

I have the standard X2 and yes it came preprogrammed. You could download the factory program which will enable you to read the program on there and verify it is loaded using the usb cable and windows XP.

im having the same problem,i just got my x2 yesterday and i tried downloading the max milage tune but couldnt get the program to see the module,i was on the phone with zillas techs and had them stumped,then i put it in my truck and no pod lights or anything and theres a red flashing lite inside,i hope i dont have to send it back as ups made me wait over 3 weeks to get it because of a brokerage fee i refused to pay as my module was labeled waranty.

my white tag ... xcp20-6178-1 is on the pod harness locate near the 4 pin connector. The new quad box has a 12 pin connector and currently I have old harness.

any updates?i tried the wire splicing tip i got from cummns dsl and my pod light up but doesnt show any numbers,pushing buttons doesnt do much,still have a flashing red lite inside the module,its stuck on level 1 and wont do anything else.im ready tosnap.

It appears I have to old of an original X1 harness and it will not power up the pod. I will remove x2 until a proper remedy can be affected - a new harness -
I do wish it had been noted that X2 will not function with certain older harnesses. Well,
such is life and who knows I might like it stock...

you can use the old harness i think,i have an old one too and i got a tip on how to splice into it to get the pod to work but i think i have other problems

It depends on HOW old your old harness is. If it only has 3 wires going to the controller, it won't work. If you unplug your controller I think it defaults to the old towing program (60 HP on race box).

I also just got my Xzillerator 2 upgrade and wanted to program the MPG program, plug in the USB to my laptop and did everything as was told. Computer would not find the devise. After much trying it said "invalid module". Did not call Quadzilla wanted to try another computer, did so today and it would not recognize the module either. Will call Monday, anybody else having this problem......

im having the same pproblem,i havea xp puter and i cant get the program to recognize the module,i called quads techs on friday and we tried a bunch a stuff,gonna try some other stuff on monday,mite be a boot loader problem.what ever that is.i guess with every new product there has to be some problems,i also think if theres a bad module out there i will get it,hahahaha

I clicked on the pop up screen and followed all the instruction again. Still cannot find devise. Have not had any trouble with any other USB connected devices. I have loaded net framwork. No success.............
