Thats where the fuel pressure guage would come in handy. If your lift pump is going out, you may not be getting enough fuel to the cp3. I agree that you should be able to feel some difference from all the settings I'm just saying that there is probably an underlying problem that just isn't showing in the stock position. When you put it thru the ringer in 100hp and 140hp settings you can feel that there is a problem. I just have a hard time believeing that the box is to blame. It should cause some sort of other problems if it was going out. IMHO
I never said the box was going out. It has performed this way since day one. My feeling is there was some software change to compensate for the 0236 code that reduced the race version hp on top.
