Cool X Monitor

I have been thinking of adding a gauge set to my truck and i have been looking at the X monitor for its compact size and digital capability plus contains all three gauges, anybody using this gauge?

I have had my X-monitor installed for about 18 months,it has been flawless. It is also nice if you have old eyes like mine its easy to read. The only complaint I have is that in the direct sunlight it can be a little hard to read, coobie

I'd like them over any mechanical gauge as its pretty cool to watch pyro and boost go up and down. More down for pyro though!
Most people ask me all the time what is all those numbers for!
Little pricey but you get what you pay for!

I like it. It doesn't look as racy as analog gages but you get to keep the handle and it store data. Like I said, I like it!

I run the x monitor on the stearing collum, i think the mechanical guages look cooler, but being able to recall max values is the kicker. the only fault i have is sometimes the egt gauge goes crazy sometimes, dont know why

Hey Stroke,

How does the X-Monitor fit on the steering column? I've been looking for a picture to view it but all I can find is the pillar mount. Got any pics of it on the steering column? I'm trying to decide on the X-Monitor or analog gauges. I need readings for Fuel Pressure, Boost Pressure, & Exhaust Gas Temperature.

i dont have any pictures of it. i bought it off of daves diesel in muncie. i thing they might call it a dash mount or something. i just mounted it on velcro right behind my flasher switch. its pretty easy to read any time durring the day, because it is not right up by the windows.

I've got an X-monitor with the CES. It works great. I like the alarm and "hi" feature. One thing to note about the X-monitor is that is requires a $200 add-on to measure fuel pressure, which I did NOT know when I bought it.
