I dont think a truck with the juice would even come close to hitting 42PSI

With my bullydog on the crazy larry setting i hit 32PSI. Same with it on performance.

 

Do you mean before it shifts or do have an electronic lockup setup for the torque convertor. What I'm saying is I don't think you would see max boost before your auto shifts unless you have it locked in 3rd let's say. I don't hink the tow/haul mode counts but I'm not sure because I've never owned an auto in a diesel before.

I have a 6 speed, no upshift unless I say. I wish others with 600/610 6 speeds with boost gauges would comment here. I would like to know what they're seeing, apples to apples.

 

my 05 locks the tc in 3rd before shifting to 4th with and without tow haul. it will also lock the tc in manual second...

 

For what it is worth, I saw 42 lbs of boost on my Westach gauge running setting 4 on my hot juice, hooked to my 40' enclosed coming out of Chatanooga up Hwy 24 this past summer. I can't pull more than 36 lbs of boost out west, where I live but, at lower elevations I was seeing 42 lbs for most of that week I was over there when I would get on it. EGT's were good too. That is on a stock turbo.

 

i was hitting 41 lbs of boost i have the hot juice w/attitude now im only getting 32 lbs of boost the truck feels a little slower im puzzled on why can eany one help

 

You may want to call Edge. Before you do though you may want to disconnect the Juice and see if the power comes back.
