well i pluged the relief valve and still the rail is way low... so whats next... fuel pressure gauge? how much should i see, and at idle or wot, also where to tap in to the line at, under the hood or back by the tank? i just dont understand how on say day 1 with just the x2 on hot race it held rail pressure then on day 2 i stack it and it dynoed real low go back to the first program "hot race" and with in less than a day it wont hold the rail anymore????????

Sit-down Steve.,

Rail pressure at idle can be between 5000psi-7500psi, I would expect it to be around 5k in your application. WOT 19-23k holding stong at 25k with a stock pump may be a stretch. I would not think you are loosing a bunch of power at 21K.
You can plumb a fuel pressure sensor in the line between the fuel filter canister and the cp3. With the Fass I would say 20psi should be what you will see.
Dont' get all off track with the numbers...it can take sometime to get things dialed in. Like others have said that stack may not be optimum.

Sometimes the triple dog can lock on a certain program (not want to change from tow to performance or to extreme). I've had this happen on a couple of trucks. It is the way they build the program. It is one program with different triggers in it. If the ECM isn't seeing the right triggers it will just stay where it was. Sometime if you off load the program and re-load it, it will work. Other times you can just keep on changing levels and then it will work.

That is cool. Did he do that with the regular REVO or the TNT revo?

I did 456hp/900.9 on the Predator "Tow Tune" Puc on 90 and TST on 5/3 with everything on my signature but the FASS, I had a Carter Pump Pusher.

LOL. Dont feel dumb. Everyone, ( myself included ) have missed some finer points/details. It happens.

I could tell you some stories of the early days with the 12 valves when we first started doing injectors. LOL Funny stuff.

Glad to see it has been fixed. Dont feel too bad, it still amazes me when techs at work will diagnose electrical problems for 4+ hours and when I go to see whats going on the batteries are growing fungus.

At least it was a simple fix.
