WOW super low dyno numbers!!!!

so i was running my truck with the x2 on a hot race program and it felt great and i was holding 25/26,000 psi on the rail so i figured i would stack it and make alittle more... i put the bully dog on and the x2 race stack program and it didnt really feel that strong... so i went and dynoed and i was right... mods:bully dog, x2, flux 2.5's, htb2 64/14

1. 352.92/635.63 stock electonics
2. 361.48/650.33 bully dog on extreme cant seem to figure this one out???
3. 462.83/804.44 bully dog extreme x2 on level 3 of 5
4. 477.19/862.48 bully dog extreme x2 on level 4 of 5
5. 476.51/854.19 bully dog extreme x2 on level 5 of 5

so after all that i took the bully dog off and reloaded the first x2 hot race program that felt good before and was gonna go dyno again but when i put it on it felt slower, check the rail and i was only at 20/21,000 psi, but before i was at 25/26,000 all day.... i was told to check the relief valve on the rail, any other thoughts

That does not sound right at all. While in Bakersfield at the Diesel drags, a guy had a truck similar to mine. It was a manual tranny 06 w/the crazy Larry, and HTB2, exhaust, intake, and not much more (IIRC). He did 501 & a tad over 1000.

What kind of dyno were you on? The TQ numbers seem very low. I wonder if it was unable to load your engine at all and thats why you have low numbers. I know its a 03 but I would be disappointed especially with the Flux 2.5's.

Many people with 03's make about 475-500 HP with Flux 1's, the same turbo and a TST.

IMO, something is wrong if you only got 476 with 2.5's. I would have expected a hot 550 HP.

not to put your bullydog down but on an 03 they are pretty gutless. you need a smarty/tst/mp8 stack. smarty level-6 tst-3/1 and mp8 60% will get you where you need to be. 03's need to be delt with completley different than the 04.5's and up.

The Bully Dog sucked on my '03. On extreme it made 66hp over stock. I unloaded it and reloaded with Smarty #9 and made 140+.

The Bully Dog products just don't work very well on the 250/305 motors, IMO.

1 year ago it made 458 HP. Now it makes 475 with larger stix? Something is wrong for sure. Pressure relief valve or something in the tuning would be the first place I would look.

Exactly! I'm at 500+ on my 03 w/ Flux 0s(no Fluxies at all), I would expect 600 w/ Flux 2.5's w/ that stack.
You need a Smarty my brother!
