Winspeed, how communicate?

Hello. I ordered a grid delete on ebay. I have an intake horn waiting to install. I have mailed them through e-bay a few times, directly to the Winspeed e-mail address, and left a phone message. No replies.

Any ideas?

Thanx.

FYI, I am not in the slightest trying to bad mouth a company or anything. They could be real busy or out of office.

Thanx.

I had good communication with Erik. He told me exactly when the part shipped and, I got it on time. No issues to report...

Winspeed is a small shop. Brett is usually under the hood, so leaving a message is a good idea. He'll call back...

Adam and Brett are good people.

I'm in the same boat you are. I paid for the heater grid delete and the matching gaskets on the 6th and is now the 22nd and no goods. I only live about an hour and a half away. I feel like driving over myself and pick it up. I emailed them at least 6 times and no reply so gave up emailing them.

Well, it is looking good. I was getting a lil' worried. After I called, then wrote the above post, he called me back. He said the other shipment went out the same day I ordered. I did not get in on time. He assure me another shipment is going out today.

FYI

Thanx.

Got in touch bout an hour ago.
Told me internet was down last 2 days.
Had to check on my order.
Somewhat discouraging since it was ordered week and half ago.

Got a Email this morning.
Out of stock , will be two weeks before availible.
Even though when I ordered the site claimed 14 availible.

So, either they were not in stock to begin with, or they were in stock and mine got sold even though I paid at time of purchase.

Not good buisness.

I've tried calling them 3 times, left my name and # and they have NEVER called me back. It's almost as if they don't like money, I think I'll look else where for this item.

I work in customer service/sales myself and this is not in my opinion how to treat prospects/customers
