ive been through pages and pages of ****** whistler is anyone running onw with out welding the aluminum?? do you have pictures? thanks alot

yeah just drilled a 1/2 in hole and the sensor fits in there snugg and your done . I drilled through the center of the ridges though where the ridges intersect so that that I could put screws in it.

cool thanks man i appreciate it im kinda leaning that way now it will only save me like 50 bucks after i add shipping for everythig but if it sucks more air thats what i want i want it to whistle good!

That's how I did mine and it's still on there working great. There should have been pics back in Feb or Mar of it in the original thread. You might have missed them though it's a huge thread to wade through.

I got mine at Oreilly's auto parts. Napa should have them. Can't remember the size# but I think it's the same as the stock clamps or maybe a size bigger. Or you can order them from the guys that sell the whistler parts when you talk to them tell them you'll need some clamps..

anyone have more pictures ? i just want a better visual more the better to help me decide and i just want to see how much tubing they used between the filter and the elbow peice i seen one that barely had any thanks
im reallllllllllllllllllly leaning for the *****'s but i found a k and n for 202.00 shipped but if it really whistles like everyone says it does then i might just to the *****'s ill only be saving a few bucks by time i add shipping in for all the parts so i dont know.
