Why does DMH clutch get weird after big hill w/load?
After towing my trailer up the Grapevine (Southbound) my stock clutch pedal felt really weird. Why does it do that? I have a 3250 DD clutch in the garage I have not yet installed, but I was just curious.
Thanx.

from what engineers have told me the dual mass flywheel is ajustable for wear on the clutch plate, so going hard up a hill might cause it to tighten up on the clutch disc, this is the issue we are having on the cab/chassis trucks.

Is that for real? It would have to stick to the pressure plate and flywheel to cause that if it is just like any other clutch. It sounds good in theory! I dont understand how an organic clutch can stick to steel like that unless it rusts with the clutch disc on it but hey, im open to any suggestions.
