Just a heads up, always try to order with a credit card. If you are screwed over on an order that you paid with a credit card and contact your credit card company regarding it they will often credit the money back to your card. The credit card company almost always backs their customer and it falls to the retailer to prove otherwise.
When I was in tech school for my HD ticket another student ordered a replacment rear end for his car and had it shipped direct to the school. Was told on the phone that they had opened it and inspected it and gaureenteed it was good with a 30day money back. When it arrieved it was obvious no one had cracked the cover so we opened it up and found chipped teeth. He called the wrecker back and they refused to take it back or refund his money.
On the advice of the insrtuctor he contacted his CC company and told them the story. They told him to send proof of return shipping for the axle and they would refund his money. He sent it back(collect), forwarded the paper work to the credit card company and within 2 weeks had the credit on his card balance.
If you've been stiffed on an item you paid for with a credit card call your company and see what they can do for you.

I will not get too indepth nor will I mention names but so far I have found one good diesel speed shop on the east coast and the rest are pretty much full of empty promises. It is like that now almost everywhere you go. Have you tried clling a plumber or electrician or contractor of any kind? If you can even reach someone to talk to they will fill you with lies and empty promises and when you try to get back in touch to find out what the pricing is or when they can do the work you get a full voicemail box or a full inbox for e-mail or no returned calls. There are some of us with money to spend and the vendors cut their own throats by not replying or blowing off customers when they spend hundreds if not thousands a year advertising their business and do zero follow up to make the sales. It just makes no sense to me. If the shops are so busy then they should maybe reinvest some of that to hire someone to answer phones and e-mails. I will keep going to the one shop I have had good luck with and excellent quality work from even if it means me waiting til I can match our schedules and drive a full state away. I recommend finding a good shop and go to them for eveything that is the only thing that has worked for me.
