It does providing you have a 1/2 wave length between the 2 antennas or approximately 9 feet in order to concentrate the pattern in front of and behind the truck. (you also need a phasing harness) Two antennas on a Ram will at best direct the pattern off the sides of the truck. If you feel you'd like to have a balanced look, I'd suggest installing a dummy antenna on the other side.

Firestick's website says that the antenna's don't have to be 9ft apart but they are in the business of selling antenna's so i guess it is a matter of opinion, I have been running two for some time now on a ford on the mirrows and cranking about 250watts so i felt that they were needed and i had them tuned very well. Now i am waiting on big bob to get his radio mount ready to sell so i can get my system in my new 2005 ctd. When i put my tool box back in after installing my bed caps i moved it back far enough to be able to open the lid and still have room for the antennas.

i just made my own setup in my truck for my cb off of bigbobs idea, but i couldn't get them darn seat bolts off so i thought of somthing else, i put a 1 1/2 inch by 1 inch piece of plywood running along the side of the center seat to the back, with a piece of metal coming straight up and mounted the cb, looks pretty good, not to take from bigbobs idea, i infact will probably buy one of his setups when he sells it...

They don't advertise it, but yes, you can buy direct from them.

When I got mine, I did the search for a retailer near me and came up with nothing, so I emailed them.
They emailed back with a phone number to order direct from the factory.

Long since lost the number though.
