You could try John Link at JL Machining. He does not hone but he uses EDM. His number is 231-853-2626. He is very reasonable price and can have them tested at D.I.S. (diesel injection service) in Grand Rapids Michigan for $180. Or you can send them to be tested yourself. My set needed 3 new tips. He sold me new Bosch tips for $75 each, then EDM'd them. Total with shipping and new tips and testing I had less than $700 in it all. He does the tips (or at least some of the tips) for Industrial Injection. I dont know if that is a secret or not, but there was a few dozen tips I saw at his shop that were for Industrial. He seems to be a good guy to deal with.

Guys Jim told me if time is a concern then you could figure out a time you can have the truck down a few days just call him and schedule an appointment so he can get them back to you ASAP, you could even over night em to him to get things moving along faster!

You send them your own tips and they check em', hone em' and send them back to ya! If you go with the DDP's they are band new tips EH'd, so this is where you can save some money by having you own tips done!

that's the same reason i went the extrude hone route. if i remember correctly, i shipped my tips out on a monday, he recieved them on tuesday, he honed them and shipped them back on tuesday, and because ups was a little slow, i recieved them on thursday. the downtime wasn't bad at all....then again i had another vehicle that i could drive until the truck was back up and running
