Weird thing is, it still running fine, starting fine, etc
Unless maybe just one injector? And you dont really notice?
Not sure, just trying to help you trouble shoot...

I called the dealer and he suggested that the computer needs to be reflashed. Also called a mechanic friend of mine and he suggested I put everything back to stock and see if it still does it. I really don't want to spend $85 an hour at the dealer if I don't have to.

Best bet may be to just have the dealership take a peek without the box, cycle it before you take it in, and just see what they say.

I just went out and put the truck back to stock settings. If one of my injectors is bad, should I just upgrade to a set of aftermarket sticks or put some OEM replacements in?

As for the injectors, if it is them, maybe swap them out for some aftermarkets, but im pretty sure they want a full set of working injectors to avoid the core charge, but dont quote me on that.
Truck isnt under warranty any longer?

"Aftermarkets" are just modified or new modified nozzles on: your injector bodies, remanufactured bodies, or crappy bodies. The only way to get a better injector than you have is to buy a new one from a Robert Bosch dealer or distributor or directly from Cummins or Dodge. If you don't ask you will get remans. I got remans for $150 a piece from Ind. Inj. but 2 were from 1999. or maybe they were better in the beginning like a lot of things... ks

I live in the land of -40 and I have never seen much in the way of white smoke coming out of my truck. Lots of black,, I have went through 3 winters with my truck so far,, and I rarely plug in, other than when it gets down to -25 or so

Update
Stopped by the local diesel shop and explained my problem to the tech. He says the BullyDog is causing the smoke and that I should take it off immediatly. He also said if I blew an injector or did other damage, it would blow so much white smoke that it would look like a ghost was behind the truck. Anyway, drove about 50 miles last night and no white smoke. Checked fluids when I got home and everything was normal.
Here is another question I have regarding the BullyDog. I bought the programmer used in June and haven't updated it or anything yet. Would it be worth it for me to download the newest program off their website?
Thank you to everyone who posted up with their opinions.

Injectors
While I'm sure your mechanic is much more proficient than myself I will tell you based on experience,... NOT my opinion that I had most of the white smoke on INITIAL startup and much less if any after that. Also if the truck sat over the weekend it would be a major fog out of white smoke. I had ALL of my injectors doing this and I didn't have a ghost following me down the road. My kids F550 that had bad injectors just smoked on startup also, fyi.
