Where to drill hole for Pyrometer?

I am about to install my pyrometer today and was wondering what the best location is preturbo to avoid hitting the divider in the pipe? Also, I am using the adjustable ISSPRO 1/4" NPTF threads thermocouple, what size bit is the best to use?

Thanks

Pull the wheel house liner off and drill about an inch up from the turbo into the rear half of the collector .
