Wow bum deal quad, hate to hear it for ya. I thought that was a pretty sweat product. Ive lost my tail on a few bid jobs that should have been simple and the customer/saftey officials/ plant manager (take your pic) your doing the work for makes the job near impossible and in the end im the one that looses money. Sounds pretty similar.

The big problem is that its not like its a main stay product or I would have to react differently.
I have way bigger projects going that need the attention that a stinking fuel pressure sending unit was taking up.
Don't get me wrong the idea is great, and it is needed but, I get slaughtered about it and all I can do is buy a sending unit and use it.
If you look you will see that ISSPRO, Autometer and all the gauge companies have issues with FP sending units. So I guess its not just me???

I am fine with Rail pressure. It is the stupid sending unit for the low fuel pressure side that gives us fits.
Now, that we have one that works, I can't get them. I was supposed to have 2000 of them deliver the last week in Dec.
To this date I have had 400 show up.

I must be one of the lucky one's. I've had my Quad guage on for almost a year and no problem. I don't know if the mounting position has any bearing on the life of the sensor, but I tapped the outlet side of my 2 M filter head and mounted it there. It has very little to no vibration in that location. Just a thought. Robert

No, that is the norm. I would say that over 95% of the regular fuel pressure sending units were and are fine.
The problem is that the other 5% is well.........
You can build 10,000 of something and ave 2 issues and those 2 will make 10 times more noise than the 9998 combined!!
You know how that goes.
