What are your Gauge's Reading ?
I just finished installing some cool Di-Pricol gauges and they look fantastic. I am curious about other readings on a stock 03/04 ?
EGT hovers between 400-1000 F
Boost between 0 idle - 23 WOT psi
Trans Temp - not hooked up quite yet
Do these sound normal ? What are you reading ? Does Di-Pricol sell a smaller scale Boost gauge ?

I've got a Westach dual (EGT/boost) and reads similar to yours.
Empty cruise - EGT at 600-700, boost at 6-8 lbs
Towing 6k lbs. - EGT 700-900, boost 8-10 lbs
Peaks - EGT 1200 with 6k lbs. on 7% grade, boost 23 lbs.

driving around, egt for me goes from 400° - 1100° [high rpm hard pull] and boost peaks at 25-26psi. the wastegate is set at 23psi, but the boost will creap up a bit [2-3psi] in the higher rpm's under load

on my x-mon all stock
I usually don't see much over 21 boost.
egt is post-turbo, I once saw 810 running in 3rd gear WOT pulling 10K# up a 6% grade. normally egt runs 4-600, peaks at 750 pulling heavy up hill
trans runs 180ish unloaded, 190ish pulling.
pulling in stop/go traffic I see 230 peaks
backing the FW up my driveway (long) I hit 240

Trans Temp ?
How long does it usually take for the trans temp to go to 180 ? Where is your sender located ? The max i have seen is 110 with the sender located in the governor test port.

I have the same gauge as you, mounted in a mag-hytec pan. It usually takes 30min or more of in town driving to reach 160, and it doesn't go much above that. Outside air temps here are in the 90s.
When pulling 6K lbs I have seen 190 on some big hills, but thats about it. On the flats it stays 170-180..

Cruising empty I will see 600-700 degrees and about 4 lbs of boost. Towing flat brings the temp up to about 800-1000 and 9-10lbs boost. Up hill I can run the temps up to 1200 and boost will peak at 34lbs and settle in at 30 if I keep my foot in it.

my x-monitor taps the sender for the stock transmission gauge, the one that runs the idiot light. In the summer I see 160 on the trans in about 15 minutes empty. I see 180 in about 15 minutes towing. It takes about 20 minutes of stop/go traffic to drive it up in the 220's+, but only about 10 minutes of steady high speed driving for it to drop back.
I'm not exactly sure where the stock sender is measuring.
I tow 10K#'s and I think I'll get a new trans pan as soon as it seems OK to tell my wife the truck needs a new present.
btw - the trans gauge that never goes over 110 (is that F or C?) would be much too low if F and a little high if C...
