What Smarty setting can I get away with?
Well after the last post, Im thinking of going the Smarty route, I love the one I have on my '02, but I know the 3rd. gen one is a different animal. Anyways my question is, Would I be able to run it up to say level 5 and keep the stock clutch and fuel system? Im looking for just a little extra, my old truck keeps the power bug from biting too terribly hard on this one
. So can I get away with it?

ran level 7 for 20 months and 80k miles on my 03 towing heavy before i stuck a new con ofe in and it was still holding try it and see what happens. worst case you'll slip it then you know you need to drop back a hair or just step up stick the clutch in all at the same time

^^^^^ correct if you are careful with it, but you can slip a stock clutch very easily on SW#5. Fuel wise you should be ok, but would not hurt to get a FP gauge to monitor it anyways!!!
