Ok, I've spent a few days reading just about evrything here and thought I would get some recommendations for my specific setup. I just bought an 06 2WD Quad Long Bed on July 1. I use it for work and to tow my race boat. My work trailer wieghs maybe 4k loaded, and the boat weighs maybe 2k. Lots of highway miles, maybe 75%, 25 in town. This is my fourth new Dodge P/U but my first CTD. Had a Suburban a while back with a Banks system, but it doesn't count!

In the last 10 days I've put 1000 miles on it, and will put about 1200 more before Monday. This isn't entirely normal but I do go through some high mileage cycles during racing season. So, I want to up the mileage, and from what I've read sounds like I need a programmer, BHAF, and an exhaust.

So who likes what, and why?

Hi guys, I'm from Wilson. I have and 06 maybe we'll half to have a get together somewhere if we get enough peps.

From what I've seen some of the lower power like towing chips are going to be your best bet for milage and realiable.

 

Thanks guys. I'm in no great hurry, and I want to see how the mileage improves as I put a few more miles on it. At least I found a place with some great resources and some local boys!
