Seems slightly low. You should have ~6psi at idle. My lift pump is dieing and I get 6psi at idle, but it QUICKLY drops to 1-2psi, sometimes 0 even under normal, stock-level fueling. I have a Glacier Diesel kit on the way....

My 03 HO 305/555 was about 9 psi at idle and 4-5 psi at WOT as indicated on a Autometer Phantom series 1-30 psi electric gauge. I replaced with a Glacier Diesel Power 391 Walbro kit and it is now 20 psi at idle and 14-15si with the Quad "race" box the throttle glued to the floorboard. A big plus is the pump is quiet. I put a Fram 10 micron fuel filter pre-pump to catch the big pieces out of the tank and will be adding one of GDP water separator/2 micron fuel filter kits in the near future. Richard has top notch equipment for our fuel systems. Good luck.

Driving it this morning it finally dropped to 3psi for second and it wasn't at WOT. I would check the connections but it's raining and Texans don't fair to well in the rain, we're not used to it.

Aye but ye is from Dublin, home of Guiness abiet from ye isle of Ire. The Irish do have the gift of blarney and should be able to talk mother nature out of excess humidity.

Sounds like a dying lift pump get a transplant soon.

Ah but me is from BS Texas, it only rained down here because I moved down. The closest I am to Irish is part Scott. Anyone want to pay for the transplant, if the local dodge house doesn't like my truck?

Mine reads between 5-7 most of the time... sitting or driving.... If I get on it, it will drop to 4.

Tony

BTW - what's your boost read? Mine seems to be super low unless I'm crusing at like 70 on the freeway. Is it different between a manual and auto?
