What door handles are best? ABS or Steel?
Whats better door handle covers? abs chrome plated or chrome plated stainless steel or just stainless steel? some choices are TFP, insert accents etc...

any1? i can get a set shipped to me on ebay to canada from states for about $100 canadian. Is this high for the 5 piece? tailgate and 4 door package?

i have the putco covers also look great had them on for 2 years still look like new i have the set of 5 got them on e bay

I think he is saying he bought all four door covers and the tailgate cover on ebay and also could not be happier with them on his truck

FWIW, Iv also got Putco on my 05. Had them on for about two years and am happy with them.

so basically putco ABS or any other ABS thats chrome plated seems to stand up? any1 have 1 fall off in car wash? do u just use the 3m tape or a little glue like GOOP or something also besides the tape? (cold weather trouble?)

I wash my truck almost on a daily baisis I know its overkill but I like a clean truck my door handle covers have not budged a bit in 2 years of having them on and thats using there supplied 3m tape

I had them on my 07 and liked them a lot. I was washing the truck one day and one came off in my hand. I checked the others and one more was loose too. I put some extra 3M tape on them and they were fine.
I saw a set of billet full handle replacements and they looked like crap IMO.....

billet aluminum or do u mean the stainless steel ones that are triple chrome plated?

It would be really hard to make the chrome stick too...unless it was 400 series stainless that is MAGNETIC!
