what does the tripple dog actually do?
I wanted to know what all the tripple dog down loader is actually doing to increase HP. what does crazy larry do? scarry larry? is it just timming? what all do these do to get the extra HP? thanks!

Duration is the main player with the triple dog. Timing is there as well. When you get into the Scary Larry and Crazy Larry, they are getting really aggressive with the duration and also adding pressure... there is aggressive timing as well.
So they are playing with all three perameters.

Duration: The length of time the injector is open. The longer its open the more fuel, the more fuel the more power
Timing: The position of the piston when fuel injection begins. Advancing creates more power, more smoke, more cylinder pressure, and lower EGT's.. Advanced timing is good, to a point, especially on the 04.5-07 HPCR where timing was retarded for emissions requirements.
Pressure: The amount of pressure the fuel rail has, more pressure means more fuel for any given injection event, it also means better atomization reducing in a better ignition of the fuel. Stock on 04.5-07 will run up to 23K psi, 26K is about as much as you want to run. Any increase in pressure should be matched with an increase in fuel filtration.

How long has this SENL tune been out? and is there an eqivalent for the PMT?

Unfortunetly the person with the senl tune and a ct tune isn't here any more I'm trying to find these tunes too but its taking alittle bit. They were made for the old bully dog truck I think. DON'T QUOTE ME but he is the one that typed about it. As soon as I find it I'll let you know

how come with just the tripple dog only, the truck doesnt really smoke at all, if the crazy larry tune does pressure, i would think that you would get more smoke? also if i wanna down load the scary larry onto my programmer, if i want to go back to crazy larry, will it let me?
