When u mash on pedal (unloaded) what boost psi should you see? The most i can see on my 2004.5 with edge juice on level 1 is 25 psi or so. Even on level 3 it dont get any higher. is this normal?

I get around 15-20. But it really blasts after the T/Q locks up. Thats when She'll hit 30+.

Do you have a boost elbow? If not, get one....it'll help.

04.5 has the electronic wastegate, you will need a boost fooler to see higher than 25 or so. with the fooler i saw 45 on my stock turbo

with my juice on lvl 3 at wot for long periods I can hit 40+ psi no problem.

That's what I was thinking. With mine on any level I hit over 40 easily every day.

When I mash it, I see a spike to about 32psi, and then it drops back to 28psi. Exhuast temp goes to 1350 . Boost fooler comming soon....

how long do u mash on it till it hits 35-40? I only mash it for like 5-10 seconds and the boost only gets to like 27 psi (on the attitude monitor) and then backs down to 23-24 ish, until i let off. then it goes down to like 10.

About a second or two (at the most) the boost is over 40. Doesn't take long at all. That's why I think something is wrong with your turbo.

I had the same problem with my 2005 and it was the Edge Juice with Attitude was bad. I called Edge and they had me send the unit in and three days later I had a new unit and I now I can hit 40+ all day.

I run the preditor , Hit 38psi no problem at all , rundown the road with 14-18 bls average. 04.5 cummins
