What about the DDP injectors? I'm looking at upgrading my injectors to get rid of my box, but I don't have the down-time required to send my injectors to Don M.

Ive noticed a few guys lately swithing from dpp injectors to flux... Flux 1's are enough for most. Better fuel mileage and can produce over 600hp. Then there is the Flux 4.2s that will get you to 800hp+! Thats what we all need!

I just received my Flux 2's yesterday and am wondering if I made a mistake in not getting Flux 1's. Don't want too much smoke. Guess I'll find out sooooon.......

A funny thing happened to me yesterday when I called a shop here in N. Texas that specializes in diesel fuel injection. I asked about increasing hp/tq by modifying my injectors and they went into this speech about how it would decrease the life of my engine and put additional strains on other components and that it would cost me close to $2 grand! Wow, they really know how to gain business!!!
Does anyone know anyone in N. Texas who does injectors?? My local Cummins guy says he can't even touch my truck cause it's an '03!

I was at Mac's today in Whiskey Flats. Mac and his son are good people, but they get frustrated when I mention the discusssions on this board.
You should go by and visit, I think you'll like their work. Tell 'em Bart said HI.

How soon till you install the injectors? I'm in the market for injectors also and when I PM'd Don M about Flux 1 vs Flux 2 he said with the 62/14 turbo there should be very little smoke....My biggest concern was towing the travel trailer.

Lark - No it wasn't Dr. Performance that I called. It was a shop in Fort Worth. I was also told that upgrading your injectors won't do anything for ya unless you have a performance box or programmer. Is that really true? I can't just install ...let's say 100hp injectors w/o a box and expect to get 100 horse?
