What adds HP at 1900 to 2100 RPM
I am trying to find something that will add hp at a certain rpm range. Around the 1900 to 2100 rpm range. This is a problem range for me with towing

I cant believe with all your mods your still low on power. You you try a TST since that helps out on the top end but you need it in the middle, so dont know.
You could try some 65hp injectors since they give power all over.
I wouldnt do drugs, and I dont think you need expensive cp3 mods.

What I have a question, What the hell are you trying to pull? With your setup it looks like you should be pushing well into the high 400 maybe even 500. I would think you have plenty of power to pull what these trucks are intened to pull. Is your turbo to laggy I know when my brother had that sledpuller on his 01 all it did was create a cloud of smoke behind him since the turbo didn't build boost till after about 2100 Rpm's.

i pull a big 5th wheel tt,, 37 feet,, 4 slides,, I like to go through the mountains. What happens is that it will be pulling like crazy,, just beautiful,,, but it will all of sudden start the turbo barking at about 1900 rpm,,, still at a speed that i could be running in overdrive,,, if I cut off the overdrive,, then it overrevs and overheats....... so,, I am thinking if I can just add a little more HP in the middle there that it will hold and I wont have that problem

morkable,
I've got a '04 with a similar to your 305/555 engine and have tried several boxes (TST, Edge, PPE, etc) three downloaders, turbos etc. The Smarty is the only one that really improved turbo spool down and fueling down low. Truck pulls strong now (with a turbo a bit slower spool then yours) from 1600 to 2200 with part throttle, at full throttle it runs hard to 3100 then flattens to 3550 then drops. Have a friend that just put a took a BD downloader and VA box off his 2003, put a Smarty on and loves it. He pulls a big Carriage 5'er.
Try to find CTD owner (or a dealer) that will loan you a Smarty, put your ECM back to stock, shut off your Edge and give it a try before you buy. Setting three works great for me with my TST PMCR set low and a little pressure from the PPE doesn't hurt but isn't need any longer for good driveabilty.
PS, With the Smarty my formerly embarrassing fuel mileage is up...........above what I got with my VP44 truck! (Disclaimer: I'm not a dealer for Marco nor in anyway connected with anyone who is.)
