It does appear the be the fun rear block plug. I remember seeing posts about the freeze plugs, but did not realize how many were reporting it with performance stacks.
Well the studs should be here Wednesday, now to see when Michael can get time to get to it. Very busy getting trucks ready for the DHRA event in Houston in October.

Back on the road again!
Thanks to Michael at HotRodDiesels.com for making time in his busy schedule to get me up and running so quick. Rear Freeze Plug, Transmission R/R, new plug and cap to make sure that one stays in. Overnite and install STUDS while he had it. Brought a loner truck 60 miles to me at the track to use. Just a great guy and service.

Drill out your brass pins in your thermastat and this should eliminate the freeze plug problem. Besides the rear freeze plugs there are many others and they don't have convenient threaded holes by them. ks
