72mm bottom charger is kinda small, but I don't know if that's your limiting factor or not. Why didn't you run the TNT on 9? Did your lift pump pressure and rail pressure both stay up?

rp pressure held 23,000..wasnt sure if I should run it on 9 or not...if I could do it again I would put it on 9...one of my next steps is installing a hamilton cam...any more suggestions would be great...thanks

RP was too low. Need to be seeing about 26k on those stixs.
The 555 motors need bigger stixs to start with. I would've thought 3.8s would have gotten you to 700hp, but aparently not.
First thing would be adressing the rp. With 26kpsi, you would have close to 700.
If your still shy, go with some 4.5s.
You should have the fuel as far a cp3 and the air to make over 800hp I would think. Not really a safe 800, but still.

Ah, come on guys... there is something else there. I did my 700+ with flux 3's and had not reached my potential yet... I was probably closer to 750 at the end. I have a 235 motor too.
He definitely needed more RP... but at 26k from 23k is only about 30-40hp... not a 100. With 3.8s and a stage three, he should be close to 780-800 with right fuel and air. 3.8's and a stage three are about the practical limit of the cp3. I think sw9 would have give another 25-30hp too... so together, he's at 700... but still about 100 shy of what it should be.
So, aside from real mechanical difficulties and provided LP is good and all that, what are the sizes of the chargers? A s472 (if that is what it is) is on the small side but should get you to 700... Is that a small s300? Heck even the BD r700s uses a small secondary and average s400.
There is something else going on for sure.
kdbvulcan: it is common to see a fair amount lower boost on the dyno than on the street. It is a load (or lack thereof) thingie. So with that set you have, I'd say that was normal to fairly good results. And yes, that cam will help you out.

Yes it would. You have to use the lower levels of just duration, (which makes the TST a pretty expensive stacker for just a couple of notches of duration) but yes it does help a fair amount... that is what I stack. Smarty tnt/r, tst, power puck.
Use your x2 with the stack tune and turn it up for the dyno. you need to be seeing 26k+.

03-04's like the TST stack.
you need a better pressure box. (mp8 or EZ)
You'll pick up 40hp ++ just getting your rail pressure up to 26-27k.
If you aren't seeing full boost on the dyno, you need to run on a dyno that can load you properly.
