No uconnect. Unhooked the batteries for about 30 min. but it did nothing. I'm taking it in Mon. morning to the dealer. I hope I don't get reamed! Thank you for all of your help, vzdude. I'm lost on anything else to do.

Well, I fix it for the most part by putting a fuse in all the 'spare' locations that have metals tabs in them & diconnecting the batteries for 3 hrs. The only thing NOT working now is the overhead, it won't light up at all. Still had the U0121 DTC but erased it w/the Smarty & so far it hasn't came back. I wonder what's up w/the overhead now?

DTR's 'Go to Guy'
Fuse #23 runs the overhead control module. Everything else has the info sent to it over the bus. Wierd, because it does get some info from the antilock brake module as well.......That could be causing the bus problem, but if it had a bus problem, it should say that in the odo screen too. Check the fuse, and we'll go from there.

Well, took to the dealer today & they said the computer(ECM?) turned the overhead off. Don't know how but it was turned off when they hooked it up to their scanner. EVERYTHING works now! I don't know what the hay happened but it sure freaked out. Thanks for yall's help!

The TIPM would turn off the overhead display (along with all of the other accessory circuits) as part of it's function to protect the starting (sic) battery from excessive drain?
A VSS code (can't recall the XXXX at the moment) could understandably accompany the UO121 DTC, but why does the Smarty show PC121 - instead of PXXXX?
