Water/Methanol injecton
Will water/methanol injecton work at lower rpm, up to 1500 from idle? Or does it only work with enough load, heat and boost pressure.

It is boost regulated. It will work at any RPM. If that is what you were asking? If were meaning will you see the power? In Diesel Power Magazine this month there is a tech article that was done on Snow Performance's stage 3 kit at PPE. It showed decent HP and TRQ all the way through. It was tested on a Dodge.
