I dynoed with windshield washer fluid in mine and gained 8 hp...then I got smart and ordered the boost juice off snow's website, havent dynoed since but power wise there is a big diff....but I have had some diff guys tell me you can mix it 60% methanol/40% water

I add a couple bottles of yellow bottle HEET to the -20 washer fluid to get it up to a better concentration, probably approaching 60/40. Works great. Don't go higher than 50/50. It becomes flammable at that point, combustion issues, knocking, etc.

Adding meth makes more power but at an expense. How long you can play with the fire varies but you will get burned. Meth is ignited by the compression before the piston is at TDC. That causes huge spikes in cyl pressure. concentration, ammount, boost, etc. all go into the equation.
From my personal experiences washer fluid is safe and gives a moderate gain. I have tried everything from water to 90% meth. Above 50 or 60% you can really hear it start to knock on the dyno. 90% is horrible... sounds like a 24v. I have heard no knock at all with 30% on the dyno last time and it was worth about 30hp.

It will not bring your egts into line (stock turbo'd DDP 90 setup).... If that is what you are asking.....
If you want cool you want water only...I don't mess with meth in my setup.....I've broken enough motors already.
You need a larger turbo.....

with my kit I have tried washer fluid and got a lot of popping out the stacks and a knock that made me nervous. drained the 7 gallons of washer fluid out refilled with distilled water and a bottle of water pump lube and anti-rust and the popping and knocking went away.?
