I am getting ready to mount my M12000 in my Road Armor bumper, but in order to get the hand for ingaging/disengaging the winch, the mounting feet have to be forward. The Road Armor bumper does not make these accomidations----only for mounting feet forward?!?! Any one else have this problem? I believe warn only recommends feet forward on the 12/15/16.5 winches. If this is the case----*** do I do? I'd hate to think I wasted all that money on a bumper that won't work with the appropriate winch (i.e. 1.5 * 7000= 10500 (+ resistance of whatever your stuck in). Any options or people with experience would be great----especially those with a RA bumper! Thx

It should fit no problem.

Are you saying there aren't any pre drilled holes?

I just installed my Warn M12000 a couple of weekends ago in my Denver Offroad.

Holes were predrilled for the Warn, but they were too small.
I had to get a 7/16's drill bit and open the holes up a bit.

I only have 4 bolts holding it in, nothing on the bottom.
2 above the fairlead, and the 2 on the fairlead.

What model of Road Armor do you have?
I've seen many with winches in there.

Someone out there has to have a Road Armor bumper. Didn't we just do a group purchase? I'm still trying to figure this out. Warn says the feet mounts have to go forward on 12,15,16.5 winches. There are no considerations for this on the Road Armor. Any suggestions?
