A warm fuzzy post...

Well...it just seems time to start another post stating how much I love this truck! Just returned from another long road trip thyis weekend....Boise, Reno, South Lake Tahoe, a couple trips up to Kirkwood, and then back to Boise through Reno. 1200 miles or so of pure pleasure...

Since this is in the High Performance Area...I will just mention that I was a little late leaving town Friday...made it to Reno in 4.75 hours (aprox 450 miles). Returned in about 5.5 hours.
Cab and Bed loaded...averaged 15.5 mpg for the trip. My permi grin continues...

I forgot the formula, but doesn't that put you about 3.50 effective ratio??

Closer to 3.62 if you use actual tire dimensions...

That is a great final gear ratio at my power level.

I agree, that range is the best for power and highway driving combo.
