Wanted: Pics of 35X20s with Mild Lift or leveling Kit
Looking into going with a 20" wheel and either a 34" or 35" tire. I really dont want to lift the truck to much. Could I get by with a leveling kit and the right offset wheel. A good buddy of mine has a leveling kit on his 07 with 35x20s and it looks sweet as all get out but it rubs so hes going with a 6" lift and he is going to have 2 leveling kits he had one for sale now has another soon to be up for grabs im sure i could get a good deal on it. Any ideas please and pics would be great.

You can get the wheels and tires you want, but as you said, the backspacing and offset is key. The closer you are to factory specs (6'' of BS, IIRC), the better you'll be.

Well you can get the Rockstars in a 20x8.5, 20x10, and a 20x12. The 20x8.5 has a +10mm offset or 5.18" of backspacing; the 20x10 has a -24mm offset or 4.5" backspacing; and the 20x12 has a -44mm offset or 4.75" backspacing. For a closest to stock look, the 20x8.5 are the best option......

I think you could fit 35's with just a leveling kit and be fine. I don't think you could do 37's though..... the wheels have a bit too much offset/backspacing for those. You also need to think about the width of the tire choices in a 20"ø wheel. That plays a big factor as well.....

06 you know I completely forgot about checking tire width. In my head I was just thinking 12.50 wide, cause I know 35x12.5 on stock rim fits fine....
Thanks Black, sweet rig by the way.

Not trying to say you don't know what you are talking about because you do have the 20x8.5 Rockstars, but Wheel Pros list them as being 8.5" wide with a +10mm offset. If you figure that, it comes out to be 5.18" of backspacing. Some of the other wheels they offer have 5.71" of backspacing, but the Rockstars are either 4.5", 4.77", or 5.18" depending on the wheel width you choose.....
