sorry but I have to say.... BD service is not very good. The guy on the phone there is fine but, he can do a thing. Half the day yesterday and all morning today I've been trying to get help from BD. All I hear is... " it should be ready sometimes soon "
I don't even use the dang box and it's causing me problems. I had planned to leave today to a event that's been planned for months. Now, I'm suck at home hoping someone calls from BD.
Apparently a recovery program has to be written for my truck when all I did was return tire size to stock. I didn't even have a program loaded.
