Vent visors
Was going to order these visors from Geno's, the in channel ones, before I do I though I'd ask for feedback, any experience with these ones?
Thanks

I am running the in channel vent visors on my truck and the only thing I don't like about them is that if your parked in a dusty area the dust seems to collect up in them against your window, scratching your window when you roll it down. Everytime I wash the truck I try to remember to run a good amount of wax up in the channel wich seems to help. Other than that I think they do all there supposed to.

i was about to order those same ones from Genos. however, the description on the web site was unclear. one place it says snaps in channel, another it says sticks on with tape. so i called them. they said those are stick on and they no longer carry the snap in's. i just ordered a set of Lund's snap in's from SVC customs. reg cab - $54, no tax and free shipping.

I have the WeatherTech in channel and they are very nice. They are tucked in tight to the truck so that when you are standing in front of the truck they do not stick way out. Like T398 said dust does seem to get in there but comes out good with washing or spraying water in there.

When I got mine from Geno's, the front were in-channel and the rears were stick ons. I just installed the fronts as I've never had good experiences w/ the stick ons.

got the Lund visors yesterday and put them on. they don't really snap into the channel. they have a flange that slips into the channel, with a strip of tape that sticks onto the felt inside the channel. they fit great, don't stick out, look good.

Mine are installed exactly like dhvaughan stated and only took about 15 minutes for the entire truck. I did it in a parking lot of a restraunt the family and I were going into.

Anyone have any pictures of their's installed? I am interested in getting a set, but I don't really like the look of them on most trucks. Silver quad cabs are even better

Okay, if the ones at Geno's aren't the "in channel" ones I won't order them, will look for a set of Lunds or something instead.
Nice to be able to get some fresh air when it's raining without getting soaked.
