Valve Spring Pressure Question

Valve Spring Pressure Question
How much pressure is too much for valve springs? I know the stock are around 60#, F1's are around 90#, the Hammilton's are 110#, and then there's some higher pressure like 140# pressure springs. Obviously I don't need the 140# springs, but is 110#'s too much to have on a daily driver I want to get a lot of miles on?

I need to go re-visit my college engineering mechanics text books to understand Hohn's posts!
