USB power outlet with molded bezel for dash?

Anyone know of a molded USB power outlet that can be hard-mounted to the dash of my Dodge? I know you can get USB adaptors that fit into the cigarette lighter, but I want something that is hard-wired. I have one of the cigarette lighter type, but it is really dodgy and always seems to back out or loose contact and drop power. I hoping to find a USB power outlet that has some kind of molded bezel, like the lighting/accessory switches where you make the hole and they snap into place.

About the only thing I have seen is a DC/AC converter with a USB power outlet.
Believe Kensington makes these.

Yea, slim-line USB cut into the dash below the cig-lighter and one under the center seat, but it's attached to a motherboard.....
...don't ask, I'm on my 4th PC computer (motherboard and processor). The in-dash touchscreen monitor has been flawless, but for some reason the truck likes to kill computers. It's better than an ipod when it works... and it's been expensive and unreliable. Look at mp3car.com if you are interested.

If you want to directly wire it to your truck you will need to find something to step down from 12v to 5v. Putting 12v into your usb devices will most likely kill them.
