uploading betas

Do I have to set my truck back to stock to download the new software. And any advice on how to is greatly appreciated

You need to install the driver on mads website and the downloader on the site. You also need an unzipping program as the download is originally a .zip file. Unzipping the file correctly will convert it to a .smt file. Once you get there you can open the downloader SmartyUSB, browse and locate the file, connect your Smarty via USB plug and hit send. It will take about 30min and will tell you if it was performed correctly.

Look up member Alpineram. He has put together some instructions and posted the link in his signature. The directions work, I used them to load updates in mine.

guys, we got it figured out. unfortunatley the beta software i was sent was for an s04 not an s06 so it didnt work. So then i tried the tnt r and had the timing pop issue so i went back to the revo. if anyone has the betas for an s06 pm me. thanks as always guys
