This sort of stuff happened with another programer/box competetor and it took months for them to figure out.
It really should have been part of their checks and downloaded and tried it themselves. Sometimes the DL onto the server doesn't work and is not tried until a consumer has a problem then complains.
The good thing about mads is that there are few involved and the issue can be repaired relatively easily. Not alot of middle managers.
Till tonight I guess.

Its not the easiest thing in the world to do for Bob and Marco, they strive to satisfy more than the JR owners TerryS, a glitch can happen but it will be fixed. I don't see how your Smarty Jr is time and money, money maybe but your truck doesn't have to have it to do any of its normal functions, that is an owner pleasure, upgrades are constantly improved, errors are what they have been fixing all along. Lets not get too sore, it is closer now than yesterday.

As soon as I was aware of the problem I brought it to Marco's attention.
I apologize for the issue and it will be corrected I would say within 8 hours.
Thanks for your patience.

I have done that and I am still having the same issue. I was able to DL the Beta 4 program when it was out and everything worked fine. I guess I could delete all the programs (7zip and smarty usb) and then reload them and try again. Thanks

Try the newest version of the USBL.exe program. That may be your issue. The last beta came with a new USBL.exe file. The new Revo might need the newest USBL.exe.
Yes delete the old files and empty the trash to end any extra confusion. I just finished the DL for both and it worked very easily and I am a computer tard. Good luck.

Yes, I'm on dialup but I have done this process several times with my Smarty Sr. & never had this problem. Is something different now that I can't do it with dialup?
