un-BANKS-ing BANKS intake.....PICTURES..

I have been wanting to at least repaint my banks intake for a while now. Finally I had a good reason to today. I had to remove the letters from the intake to make room for a high pressure fuel line.

I think it looks alot better now!

You mean BANKS doesn't use dual CP3's on their trucks (at least that's what I assume you were doing)

Looks good Justin,
Chris

One thing that kind of bothered me also is that when I pop my hood for whatever reason at a truck pull people would focus in on the "Banks" logo on the intake and automatically assume that BANKS was making the truck run the way it did.
Kind of takes away from all the other vendors products on my truck that actually do the majority of the work.

I could see that happening at a truck pull...especially since your truck barely smokes

Chris,
I still have the DDP's in as we speak but I should have some F1's hopefully before the season starts!

Cin, Thanks.

Justin, I'd be careful now...those letters were part of the engineering that Gale builds into each and every part he mak....flogs... with all that fuel you are gonna be dumping the boost pressure may erode the intake in that very spot. Major improvement! ks

Yeah that would be hillarious and ironic if the intake blew out through that very spot!!

I am sure Gale would like that when he gets it back for warranty! (oh wait what warranty?)

You need to paint the High Ram in some color to break up the black!
