Max turbo boost
38psi to 40psi should be good. That would be max,....... that's due to the turbo and not the headgasket. The headgasket is probably good to around 45psi and then you better start shopping for ARP studs and then you're good to mid 50s. I did run low 60s for probably 6 months with ARP studs on my twins and had NO problem but ATS says low 50s would be a lot safer for the headgasket and the same on power. My testing since upgrading my small turbo indicates ATS is correct. Hope that helps you.

The stock turbo on 03-04 did not like boost over 35 lbs. Mine died after only a couple hours of my VA 3.2 and EZ stack, highest boost I saw was 38 lbs. However my HTB2 is very happy at 40lbs plus. Overboost and EGT's would be a definate issue with the Hot juice and a stock turbo. I would say it might be worth waiting until an aftermarket turbo is under the hood before you send it off for the upgrade. The juice by itself runs pretty good anyway. The stock clutch should hold the Hot juice at least mine does, even after I've slipped it a few times with my stack.

How easy it it to change levels on the diablo?
Right now I stuck and I don't know what to get.
Juice (regular)
140HP quad (seems to be the limit of the turbo, max boost with controlable EGTS with exhaust and intake mods)
Diablo
Power pup/triple dog
Out of those which has the most power???

Well I figured that was about right.
From what I've seen the race gives about 130HP, boost right to 35 psi (perfect for an 03 like I'm lookin at) and seems to very safe.
The only upgrades I think are needed, exhaust, cold air, LP, and a good clutch.

sounds like a good set up to me! Quad will take good care of you should you ever have any concerns.
